Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included and intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the exterior of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master tailors inspect the garment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
